O God of our salvation;
you are the hope of all the ends of the earth
and of the farthest seas.
Psalm 65:5b
In Psalm 65, we see the author (David) describing people's praise to God and the rest of his creation's response. This Psalm feels extra poetic. David's description of the valleys, hills, and meadows' response to God's faithfulness and its growth offers a beautiful vision and understanding of what God offers us daily with provisions from the harvest. God is faithful and good. He keeps his promises. He sustains.
