The Technical Director helps shape powerful, distraction-free worship experiences by leading all aspects of Calvary’s production and presentation environments. This role builds and equips volunteer teams, oversees campus-wide AVL systems, and supports ministry events with excellence and consistency. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader who combines technical mastery with a passion for developing people and advancing the mission of the church.

The Student Ministry Director oversees all aspects of Student Ministry (Grades 6-12) in a way that is aligned with the Scriptures, statements of belief, and values of the church. We are looking for someone who is passionate about discipling students and enjoys leading teams of volunteers.

Long- and Short-Term Internship Programs
Reports To: Transformational Ministries Pastor
Classification: Part Time
The Internship Program creates opportunities for individuals to grow in their understanding of ministry and of themselves. As a long- or short-term intern, you commit to allowing God to work in and through you while working on a team, receiving direction, and fulfilling assigned duties. This role requires investing up to 20 hours each week in one or more ministries at Calvary Church, following all Calvary Church safe practice policies for working with minors, and committing to healthy relationships and prayer habits.
As your employer, we commit to allowing God to work in and through us while leading you with clarity and providing feedback graciously. As a practice, we will never ask you to do something we are not willing to do ourselves. We will provide you with meaningful experiences and check in with you regularly. Additionally, we will compensate you fairly for your time and attention.
