Women's Fall Retreat | 2026
Eagle Sky
In a world that rarely slows down, our souls often long for rest and renewal. This fall, we’re creating space to step away from the noise, breathe deeply, and be refreshed in the presence of God. Join us September 25–27 at Eagle Sky Camp, nestled in the beautiful St. Francois Mountains, for a meaningful weekend of worship, connection, renewal, and rest.
This year’s theme, Beautifully Broken, is rooted in 2 Corinthians 4:7 and celebrates the beauty God creates through every season of our lives. Though we are fragile vessels, we carry His light, grace, and glory within us. God does not hide the broken places in our stories. He restores them with healing, purpose, and hope.
The weekend will include worship, biblical teaching from Rachel Sheets and guest speaker Chrissy Taylor, small-group discussions, quiet time for journaling and reflection, a special activity, and plenty of opportunities to simply relax and enjoy being together. Spend your free time around mountaintop campfires, canoeing on the lake, hiking, learning archery, or simply cozying up with a warm drink, a good book, or meaningful conversation with new friends.
Check-in at Eagle Sky begins Friday evening at 5:30 pm, with dinner served at 6:30 pm in the dining hall. The cost includes lodging, meals, and activities for the weekend. Carpooling options are available. Please let us know on your registration form if you’re willing to drive others or would like to ride with someone.
After reviewing feedback from last year’s retreat, we’re excited to offer a new option this year! If you would like to arrive early and enjoy some additional unstructured time before the weekend begins Friday evening, Eagle Sky will open for early arrivals at 1:30 pm. While camp activities will not be available during this time, you are welcome to relax in your cabin, explore the grounds, or simply enjoy the beautiful scenery. Because of transportation logistics throughout the camp, we are unable to accommodate arrivals at varying times throughout the afternoon. However, we are able to offer two arrival times: 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm. When you register, please indicate whether you would like to arrive for the early check-in at 1:30 pm (departing no later than 11 am) or the standard arrival time at 5:30 pm (departing around 3 pm). We anticipate returning home by mid-afternoon on Sunday.
To help us ensure space for everyone who would like to attend, we encourage you to register early if possible. We’ve reserved a limited number of spots due to the camp’s popularity, but with enough notice, we may be able to add additional space. We don’t want anyone to miss out!
FAQs
Can I request a roommate?
Yes! If you have someone you would like to room with, you can include their name on your registration form. We will do our best to honor roommate requests, though we are not able to guarantee every match.
What if I do not know anyone, who will I room with?
Some of the most meaningful connections often begin right in the room. Many guests find that sharing a space with new people becomes a highlight of the weekend. We thoughtfully and prayerfully assign roommates with care and intention. If you have any questions or concerns about housing, please feel free to reach out.
COST: $270.00
(Please do not let the cost keep you from attending. Financial assistance is available if needed, email Rachel Sheets for more information.)
** Day Pass **
While we encourage the weekend stay to truly provide a weekend of rest, we are offering an option if you are unable to sleep away from home. You may purchase an Eagle Sky Camp Day Pass for $75 which gives you full access to all Saturday activities, workshops, and events, and includes all meals for the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Transportation is on your own. Register below for this option.
This retreat is more than just a weekend away. It’s a chance to be refreshed, encouraged, and renewed in God’s presence. We can’t wait to share this special weekend with you.
